At Toysaro, our primary goal is to provide an exquisite shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that there might be instances where you're not fully content with a product. In such cases, we are here to assist you every step of the way.
Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: Are You Covered?

Items must be in new, unused, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Personal hygiene and intimate items, as well as items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Items bought during a promotion period are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs or Free Delivery: Are You Eligible for Savings?

Orders above QAR 100 are eligible for free delivery.

When an item is returned and the original order value becomes less than QAR 100, a delivery charge of QAR 20will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of delivery.

Once your return request has been received, our team will contact you to arrange the pickup of the item(s).

The pickup will be arranged and the collection will happen within 3 working days.

Returned items must be in original packaging and condition (unused, not broken or damaged), with all parts, freebies, and the original invoice for a refund.
Received Damaged or Defective Items? We've Got You Covered

If any damaged product is delivered, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to contact our customer support with a photo of the damaged item.

A return or replacement will be arranged, at no additional cost, based on your preference, within 3 working days.
Looking to Exchange?

For exchanges due to size, color, or product preferences, please contact our customer service team.

Upon receiving and inspecting the original item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement within 3 working days.
Curious About Refunds?

Refunds are initiated after the quality check is completed at our facility.

If you paid Cash on Delivery, the refund will be made as cash or via bank transfer, based on your preference.

If the payment was made by card, the refund will be processed only via bank transfer.

Please allow approximately 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account (subject to your bank’s processing time).
