4. Online Payment

All transactions taking place on toysaro.com are in Qatari Riyal even if you choose to display the prices in another currency. Toysaro.com is partnered with Qpay for accepting online payments and through POS machines for cash/card on delivery. We do not collect or store any of your card details. However, all the security policies implemented by toysaro.com are subject to being bypassed if the end-user accesses the website through an infected machine or device. In such scenarios, you agree to take full responsibility for the security that has been compromised and any resulting consequences. Kindly make sure to log out after you finish browsing or purchasing on toysaro.com to avoid someone else accessing your credentials on the same device.

5. Email Scams

Toysaro.com does not send emails or contact you asking for personal information. Any attempt to do so is considered spoofing of Toysaro.com's identity and is labeled as a scam. Toysaro.com holds no responsibility for such events or their consequences.

6. Transfer of Ownership

Once the products you purchased are delivered, the ownership of the product is transferred to you and becomes your responsibility.

7. Account Cancellation

Toysaro.com reserves the right to cancel your account without prior notice in case a violation of the terms, conditions, or policies of the website or violation of the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar has been detected.

8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order will be accepted, dispatched, and shipped as soon as our customer service agents receive a confirmation through a telephone call. Toysaro.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any given point without any liability if deemed necessary. Below points include but are not limited to the reasons that may lead to an order cancellation:

• When the delivery call is not answered by the customer for 3 consecutive days from the date of placing the order.

• If there is an unintentional error on the website regarding the prices or quantities of the products in the order.

• If there is an unintentional error regarding the availability of the product. In such cases, you will be notified and the order may be amended or cancelled at Toysaro.com's discretion.

9. Warranty

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, toysaro.com will meet its legal obligation, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Warranty provided by specific brands is mentioned on the respective product page and carries a limited original warranty from the brand or distributor that protects against manufacturing defects. The warranty begins on the day your item is delivered and lasts as per the brand’s Terms and Conditions (mentioned on the attached warranty).

10. Delivery Time and Charges

We aim to deliver within 24 hours across Qatar with free delivery for orders above QAR 100.
