Shipping policy

At Toysaro, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly, safely, and efficiently across Qatar. Below is our comprehensive shipping policy to help you understand our delivery process and timelines.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all regions of Qatar, including Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan, Lusail, Al Khor, and surrounding areas.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are usually delivered within 24–48 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day for next-day delivery (subject to availability).

  • Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 72 hours.

3. Delivery Charges

  • FREE delivery on orders above QAR 100.

  • A flat delivery fee of QAR 20 applies to orders below QAR 100.

4. Same-Day Delivery (Optional)

  • Same-day delivery is available in Doha only, subject to availability.

  • Orders must be confirmed before 12:00 PM.

  • An additional QAR 25 fee will be charged for same-day delivery service.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Our delivery team will contact you via phone or SMS before dispatching your order.

  • Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate for a smooth delivery experience.

6. Missed Delivery Attempts

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to the customer not being available, our team will make up to 2 additional attempts.

  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order may be cancelled, and a delivery fee will be charged.

7. In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

  • Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are delivered to your provided address.

8. Delivery During Campaigns / Holidays

  • During peak sale periods or public holidays, delivery timelines may be extended.

  • We appreciate your patience during such times and assure you of timely dispatch.
